At Lake Union Rotary, we’re proud of the impact our diverse members have in our community and across the globe – and the fun we have doing it together. Locally, we serve the homeless, at-risk youth and other vulnerable populations. We also host the famous floating Happy Hour for Good during Seattle’s spectacular summer months, raising thousands of dollars for worthy causes identified by our members. Internationally, we focus on clean water, sanitation, and hygiene. Our club makes a significant, ongoing impact in Ethiopia by delivering scalable, sustainable clean water for kids. The clean water and sanitary solutions we’ve help develop in Addis Ababa’s public schools serve tens of thousands of children every day. We meet three Fridays a month for breakfast and an interesting speaker, and the third Thursday for an evening happy hour with members and their family and friends.
